Mask, its raw material is polypropylene (PP), medical surgical mask is generally multi-layer structure, short for SMS structure. S in the mask layer represents spunbond fiber, which is about 20 microns (nm) in diameter. Two layers of spunbond fiber mainly support the whole structure of the non-woven fabric, which has no significant impact on the barrier performance. The most important part of the mask is the barrier layer or the melt blown layer (m). The fiber diameter of the melt blown layer is relatively thin, about 2 microns (m), only one tenth of the diameter of the spunbond layer, which is very important to prevent bacteria and blood from entering the spunbond layer.






Compared with the shape of hair, 1 / 3 of the hair diameter is close to the fiber of spinning adhesive layer, and 1 / 30 of the hair diameter is close to the fiber diameter of fusible layer.
